Chandler Steinke

Chandler Steinke is the Assistant Property Manager at Onward Real Estate Team, with a background in management, customer service, and leadership. A Baylor University graduate with a degree in Corporate Communications, Chandler is working toward his real estate license, specializing in farm and ranch properties. Chandler has held leadership positions throughout his career. He was Team Lead at Legal Monkeys in College Station, overseeing hiring and training. He previously served as a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A in Waco, managing operations and improving efficiency. Though not as extensively as before, Chandler maintains his focus on high-quality customer service and manages office property, event coordination, and vendor relationships at Waco Social. Before transitioning to property management, Chandler worked as an Assistant Ranch Manager at Rancho Liebe, where he gained hands-on experience in livestock care, facility maintenance, and land management, fueling his passion for farm and ranch properties. Chandler’s strong work ethic, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to build lasting relationships make him a valuable asset to Onward Real Estate.
